Billing and Flux Policy
Effective date: 17 April 2026
1. Flux credits
Flux credits are prepaid compute credits used to fund eligible DGS workspace activity, including missions, runs, and related execution. Flux is held at the workspace level, not as personal cash balance for an individual user.
2. No cash value
Flux is not money, stored value, legal tender, a deposit account, a gift card, or a transferable currency. Flux has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Service unless DGS expressly allows it.
3. Checkout and reconciliation
DGS may use Stripe to process checkout. Flux becomes available only after payment status is confirmed and DGS backend reconciliation credits the workspace billing account. A successful redirect from Stripe alone does not guarantee credited Flux.
4. Paused or budget-limited runs
Some runs may pause if the workspace needs additional Flux. Adding Flux does not guarantee that a run will produce a specific result, complete within a specific time, or meet a particular quality threshold. DGS may stop, retry, resume, or fail a run depending on technical, billing, policy, or operational conditions.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Flux purchases are final except where required by law or where DGS grants a discretionary refund or credit. DGS may reverse Flux, suspend billing access, pause runs, or close a workspace if a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
6. Taxes and fees
Prices may not include taxes, payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, bank charges, or government charges unless stated. You are responsible for taxes and fees associated with your purchase and use of the Service.
7. Expiration and closure
Unless DGS states otherwise, active workspace Flux does not expire on a fixed monthly schedule. Unused Flux may be forfeited, suspended, or become unavailable when a workspace is closed, terminated, abandoned, charged back, or suspended for breach, fraud, or security risk.
