This Privacy Policy describes how DGS (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and retains information in connection with your use of the DGS structured analysis platform (“the Service”).
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating a workspace or signing in via an OAuth provider (including your name, email address, and provider-issued identifier). We also collect information generated through your use of the Service, including mission briefs, run histories, and result packages.
3. How we use information
Information collected is used to operate the Service, fulfill mission execution, maintain workspace context, process billing transactions, and communicate account information to you. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Data retention
Mission data, run histories, and result packages are retained while your workspace is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable law.
5. Third-party services
We use third-party processors including Stripe for payment processing and OAuth providers (such as Google and Microsoft) for authentication. Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information held in the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
