Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 April 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how DGS, operated by Aternox, LLC (“DGS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains information in connection with DGS websites, authenticated workspaces, Standard Engine access, billing, and related services (the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide or authorize through an OAuth provider, including name, email address, provider identifier, workspace membership, and session state. We collect workspace information created through the Service, including mission briefs, uploaded or pasted materials, run histories, prompts, execution metadata, artifacts, proof objects, result packages, user actions, support requests, and settings.
We also collect technical information needed to operate and protect the Service, including IP address, device/browser data, logs, cookie identifiers, diagnostic events, billing reconciliation events, and security/audit records.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the Service, authenticate users, maintain workspace context, execute missions, generate artifacts, provide result packages, process billing, reconcile Flux credits, prevent abuse, debug errors, secure accounts, communicate service notices, and improve reliability and product quality.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer mission briefs, uploaded workspace content, or private generated artifacts to train third-party foundation models unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Payments and billing data
Payments are processed through Stripe. When DGS uses Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe collects and processes payment card details. DGS receives billing metadata needed to create checkout sessions, confirm payment status, reconcile Flux credits, handle refunds or chargebacks, and maintain tax/accounting records. DGS should not receive or store full payment card numbers through the Stripe-hosted checkout flow.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, protected-route continuity, workspace selection, security, and billing return flows. These cookies are necessary for the Service to work. If analytics or marketing cookies are added later, DGS will update its cookie disclosures and controls.
6. Subprocessors
We use subprocessors to provide cloud hosting, storage, authentication, billing, model inference, observability, and support services. Current subprocessor categories are listed on the DGS Subprocessors page and may include Microsoft Azure, Stripe, Google or Microsoft OAuth services, and model providers used for inference.
7. Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the workspace is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve security records, and comply with legal obligations. Billing and tax records may be retained for legally required periods. You may request deletion or closure through the product or legal contact. Some records may remain where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, compliance, or dispute resolution.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. You may also object to some processing or request information about disclosures. DGS will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information held in the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
DGS is intended for professional users and is not directed to children. You may not use the Service if you are under 18 or otherwise unable to form a binding agreement.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product, by email, or by posting an updated effective date.
12. Contact
Questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy should be directed to the DGS operations team through the product or to legal@dgsengine.com.
