Engine Access Terms
Effective date: 17 April 2026
1. Standard Engine
Standard Engine is the default public DGS product path. It is designed for authenticated workspace use, professional mission execution, artifact generation, billing through Flux, and operator-readable outputs.
2. Synthetic Engine
Synthetic Engine is a restricted DGS system for frontier-scale innovation. Public proof objects may demonstrate selected results, but public users do not receive a right to access Synthetic Engine, hidden topology, internal discovery artifacts, or private synthesis methods.
3. Deep access
Deep access, where offered, is discretionary and may require review, approval, additional terms, additional billing, or workspace-specific controls. Approval may be denied, limited, suspended, or revoked for any operational, security, capacity, policy, legal, or misuse reason.
4. No entitlement
Signing up, purchasing Flux, seeing a proof object, joining a workspace, or using Standard Engine does not create entitlement to Synthetic Engine, Deep access, private research materials, internal prompts, source code, infrastructure, model configuration, or hidden execution topology.
5. Protection of internals
You may not attempt to extract, reverse engineer, bypass, scrape, expose, or reproduce protected engine internals, restricted artifacts, hidden prompts, system topology, access gates, or internal operational controls.
